Automobile Exhibitor Applications
Please click on the link to download the car and motorcycle exhibitor application form or click on the blue button to the right of the screen to fill out the application form online. All exhibitors who register by May 17, 2013, will be included in the Dana Point Concours d'Elegance® program book, and will be notified of acceptance or denial on or before June 1, 2013.
For those exhibitors who missed the May 17 deadline, the LAST day to send in the application form and images is June 14, 2013. Those who register after May 17 will NOT be included in the program book.
Exhibitor Instructions
Option 1:
- Print the exhibitor application form by clicking on the blue button, titled "Print Exhibitor Application"
- Pages 2, 3 and 4 need to be filled out and returned
- Mail the completed application form, photo(s) and check(s) to Wally Clark (car applications) or Bill McClennen (motorcycle applications)
Option 2:
- Click on the blue button to the right of the screen titled "Online Exhibitor Application" to fill out the online registration form
- Complete each section of the online registration form and click submit
- Your information will be sent to the appropriate chairman
- Payment and images will be received using the online registration form
Submit completed automobile application(s) with recent photographs and payment by mail or email to:
