Automobile & Motorcycle Exhibitor Applications
Please click on the link to download the car and motorcycle exhibitor application form. All exhibitors who register by May 18, 2012, will be included in the Dana Point Concours d’Elegance program book, and will be notified of acceptance or denial on or before June 1, 2012.
For those exhibitors who missed the May 18 deadline, the LAST day to send in the application form and images is June 15, 2012. Those who register after May 18 will NOT be included in the program book.
EXHIBITOR INSTRUCTIONS
Option 1:
- Print the 6 page application form and read it thoroughly
- Pages 3,4 and 6 need to be filled out and returned
- Mail the completed application form, photo(s) and check(s) to Wally Clark (car applications) or Bill McClennen (motorcycle applications)
Option 2:
- Click on the link to fill out the online registration form
- Complete each section of the online registration form and click submit
- Your information will be sent to the appropriate chairman
- Payment and images will be received using the online registration form
