Media Credentials
The Dana Point Concours d'Elegance media credentials are available to full-time editorial staff, writers employed by a trade publication, a main stream media outlet (newspaper, radio, television, etc.) or an online magazine/blog. Freelance writers may request a press credential if the event is being covered for a specific publication. If you qualify and would like to cover the Dana Point Concours d'Elegance, please complete the following registration form and fax or email the form to:

Please note, filling out a media registration form does not guarantee admission to the event. Those who qualify will receive a confirmation email. There are two complimentary media credentials available per media organization. Applications must be submitted separately. These media credentials entitle access to the Dana Point Concours on the specified Concours days. By accepting this media credential, the recipient agrees to provide photographs, tear sheets and/or electronic copies of ANY and ALL published articles to the Concours within sixty (60) days via email to jpullen@tprm.com.
*Special note to photographers: By signing the media credential form, photographers agree to provide the Concours with ANY and ALL photographs/images taken during the Dana Point Concours d'Elegance weekend. The Dana Point Concours reserves the right to use any and all images in present or future Dana Point Concours articles and collateral and will provide the necessary credit to the photographer who captured the image.
There will be no internet access available on the lawn.
To obtain a media pass, you MUST:
- Be employed by a media organization/outlet
- Submit a business card stating your employment at a legitimate media outlet at the press table the day of the event
- If you are a freelance and/or online reporter, present a letter showing you have been assigned to cover the event by an editor or an employee of the media organization
